How to request online access

In order to access almost all of our online services, you will need to have your 14 digit library barcode, which is located on your Student ID plus your pin number. If you haven't already requested it from the Library, please fill out the form below (PDF and Word versions available to download) and email the completed form to BHCCLibrary@bhcc.edu.   

Remote Access

To access electronic resources from off-campus, you will need the barcode on your student ID card (starts with 26189) and a PIN. 

If you already have an ID with a barcode or have previously set up a library login, follow these steps 

 Click Here to Reset Your Library PIN 

 Click “Forgot your password/PIN” 

 Enter your barcode 

 Check your BHCC email and follow the instructions to reset your PIN 

If you do not have a BHCC ID card, or the Password/PIN reset did not work, follow these steps: 

  1.  Click Here to Download the Distance Learning Application (Word doc) or Click Here to Download the Distance Learning Application (PDF)

  1.  Complete the application and email it to BHCCLibrary@bhcc.edu 

  1.  You will receive a response in your BHCC Email within 24 hours 

If you have the OneCard ID, you can find your barcode number on the back of your card.
